Responsibility
assess, manage and mitigate risks within the supply chain and effectively communicate with all stakeholders
maintaining the approved supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation, and maintaining awareness of applicable external legislation
working with the Quality department to maintain a 12 month audit plan for all key suppliers
conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality ensuring suppliers are aware of AOL business objectives
tracking and reporting key performance indicators to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness, analyse data and produce reports and statistics on spending and saving
sourcing new suppliers and the continual development of the existing supply chain and reporting to the Senior Management Team on a quarterly basis
coordinating with Materials and Inventory Controller to determine and manage business inventory needs and establishing call off order quantities for consumable items
