  • excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with instructors, artists, community partners, and learners
  • understanding of adult learning principles and a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Responsibility

  • monitor event responses and feedback to continuously improve and enhance the program offerings
  • monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly, ensuring strong customer engagement and satisfaction
  • handle administrative tasks, such as budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management related to the art centre's operation
