Working hours
- part-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- provide advice and coaching to managers across a broad range of employment issues whilst managing your own workload
- report weekly to the Directors regarding HR related issues
- maintain a case management log
- draft, maintain and review HR policies as appropriate
- support recruitment in interviews and advise where required
Requirements
- A confident working knowledge of employment law, recent case law and HR best practice
- experience of providing specialist HR advice to managers and colleagues across a range of issues
- A commercial, common sense and pragmatic approach
- CIPD qualified or working towards qualification would be highly advantageous
- previous experience of Health and Safety would be an advantage but not essential
- human Resources: 2 years
