Responsibility

  • the role will be based at our London office with hybrid working available
  • leading on the Fund Management business’s transaction specific compliance activities including AML/KYC assessment and other relevant compliance risks
  • we’re evolving our model by developing a discretionary Fund and Investment Management business to capitalise on market opportunities and as result have a newly created role for an experienced Compliance Manager
  • undertaking cross Group compliance monitoring work on key regulatory topics
  • within this role you will Support the Group Head of Compliance in designing and maintaining the Group’s Compliance policies, associated frameworks, relevant risk assessments and monitoring plans. The role is broad and generalist in nature
  • leading on relevant cross Group compliance projects
  • relevant generalist compliance experience gained in a fund or investment management environment
