Requirements

  • we are a small, residential home that provides care and support for young people aged from 16–25 years
  • arronbeth Therapeutic Care’s values and principles of care are based upon a person-centred approach
  • six months of experience within the last three years of working with children, young people or adults, either in a voluntary or professional capacity
  • ATC provides a bespoke care service for a child or young adult who will benefit from focused one-to-one care and support
  • residential Childcare: 1 year
  • support Environment: 1 year
  • our team is experienced in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics which was developed to support individuals who have experienced developmental trauma
  • the successful applicant will join a dynamic team that provides 24-hour care for children and young adults who require a safe home where, with the right level of support, they can work towards independence with confidence and dignity

Responsibility

  • experience in contributing to the maintenance of administrative records
  • to ensure familiarity with Arronbeth Therapeutic Care’s policies and procedures
