good understanding of traction and rolling stock and rail vehicle maintenance activities - Desirable
project management qualification, APM, Prince 2, or other
training in Lean techniques such as Six Sigma - Desirable
Responsibility
support Project Lessons Learnt reviews on all live projects
assist Heavy Maintenance Managers with Project governance issues / Queries
assist with the drafting of project documentation as well as collating/summarising information for external/internal purposes
attending specific client meetings, take meeting minutes and support the managing of subsequent actions
support various continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the overall Project team
prepare periodic Project Dashboard data for HM and LM/Comm projects with analysis and insights that enable members of the project team to identify actions for margin enhancement, efficiencies, risk management
