night manager
Working hours

Responsibility
- supervise and lead team of housekeeping, reservations, dining and food services
- manage staff on an hourly basis to ensure high standards of performance and consistent excellence in service
- coach, train, mentor and develop team members to achieve consistent excellence in performance
- ensure that all policies, procedures, safety rules and laws are followed by team members and that all regulations are met consistently
- attend meetings and events as required
- maintain accurate records on daily shifts, sales records, staffing, profit margins etc
- manage risk management program on a monthly basis
- ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including health and safety laws
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel management or leadership roles
