Responsibility

  • successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing & delivering strong products that reflect Aromatherapy’s Associates philosophy
  • manage new product development from concept through to delivery, taking full ownership of the critical path to ensure timely delivery
  • management of Stage Gate sign offs according to project CPA’s, including working on COGs, RRPs and margin to hit the budgets
  • communicating project CPAs internally as well as with key external stakeholders such as suppliers, to ensure that project timings are maintained and be responsible for escalating risks to Leadership
