- meal planning, budgeting and shopping
- maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring food hygiene, infection prevention and safety protocols are followed at all times during shifts
- ensuring each child and young person has regular access to a varied menu of well-cooked, nutritionally balanced hot and cold meals, snacks and drinks, meeting all dietary requirements
- ensuring each member of staff on duty has access to a varied menu of well-cooked, nutritionally balanced hot & cold meals, snacks & drinks, meeting all dietary requirements
