Responsibility

  • maintain a good customer rapport by communicating effectively at all levels
  • record all bedroom reservations made verbally or via email, into the reservations database
  • ensure room allocation is processed correctly. Confirm relevant member information
  • maintain clear and accurate records of member room bookings
  • overlook and liaise with Front of House Porters on parking status and any important matter
  • listen and respond to member queries and requests both in-person and by phone
  • liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by members
  • be aware of all activities taking place within the Club e.g. visiting VIPs, dignitaries, group bookings and act accordingly
