Responsibility
- front of House Manager
- oversee the daily operations of the front of house area in our newly opened Pub & Restaurant
- ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising front of house employees
- handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
- collaborate with the kitchen and food production team to ensure smooth service flow
- assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- ensure all guests are kept happy and received top notch customer service
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations is a bonis
- attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficient computer skills for managing reservations, guest information, and reports
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
