Responsibility
- support with the roll out and adoption of a new Digital Learning Platform
- plan, Coordinate, Implement and integrate digital learning products for online users
- create relevant in-house training programmes, training methods, activities and resources
- consider the end user experience when integrating the LMS
- use digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programmes
- analyse the user data and produce quality reports to ensure the relevant personalised experience is attained
- designing blended-learning solutions, ensuring that the learning materials are suitable and effective
- responsibility for design and development of an innovative digital learning assets using a variety of methods
Requirements
- LMS
- has excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- experience in Digital Learning design and implementation, LMS/LXP administration and reporting
- media editing and production skills
- driving innovation through the introduction of new learning formats
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, including medical training and classroom facilitation experience, both face-to-face and virtual
- effective communications / digital marketing Desirable
- has a user-centered approach to problem-solving, and thinks about the entire product lifecycle, not just their piece of the puzzle
Education
- bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field – OR – equivalent combination of education and recent, relevant work experience
