- the IT Support Engineer will be vital to our daily operations, primarily assisting users with their software needs on MacOS platforms
- direct IT support to staff, resolving issues to ensure seamless operations
- back up, diagnose, and repurpose MacOS laptops
- administer Google Workspace and provide support with workspace features
- support various cloud-based SaaS products including Dropbox, Google Drive, and Adobe CC
- as our team has grown, we're on the hunt for a dedicated IT Support Engineer who possesses both a passion for technology and a profound desire for continuous learning
- play a pivotal role in developing and deploying an RMM solution for all business users, PC rebuilds, backups, and user onboarding
Requirements
- any relevant technical qualifications / technical BSC’s a big plus
- relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are beneficial
- previous experience in an IT support role, predominantly with MacOS
- stellar communication skills, with an emphasis on direct end-user support
- proactive attitude with the ability to take initiatives
- genuine interest in continuous learning
- team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
