Responsibility

  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join an independent, busy Lettings and Estate agency business based in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham
  • applicants need to be able to work as part of a team, also under their own initiative, need excellent communication skills in person and on the phone. They will need to be flexible and have the ability to work under pressure
  • experience: Desired but not essential as training will be provided
  • duties: To assist the lettings department of the business
  • attend and carry out viewings of rental properties
  • in addition to the above mentioned duties the employee may from time to time be expected to undertake other duties to meet the needs of the Company
  • check out and check in inspections
