Responsibility
- as regional Contracts Manager you will be required to oversee our commercial projects, predominantly within the M4 corridor
- our projects range from £500k to 3 million and include offices, industrial units, car showrooms and retail outlets
- you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day relationship with Clients and the Contracts teams
- you will also be willing to travel and hold a full clean driving licence
- based in Plymouth, our company has been established for 17 years and offers highly innovative design and construction solutions to our commercial and residential clients, both regionally and nationally
- ensure weekly review of progress, budget resources and forward planning are carried out
