Responsibility

  • an experienced Project Coordinator is required to join Aristocraft Kitchens and Bedrooms based at our flagship showroom in Brierley Hill
  • the role involves
  • planning and organising installations in customer homes
  • communicating directly with customers, keeping them updated throughout their project and managing their expectations
  • liaising with trades ensuring they have capacity to complete work
  • now entering its 42nd year, Aristocraft design and install bespoke kitchens and bedrooms throughout the West Midlands. We have a main showroom in Brierley Hill, with further showrooms in Solihull, Leamington Spa and Sutton Coldfield
  • the role will be part of the Operations team and the successful candidate will be liaising directly with customers and managing subcontract trades to enable the smooth running of installations in consumers’ homes
  • resolving any issues that arise with materials Including visits's to site when needed

Responsibility

  • receiving, storing and dispatching of goods safely and efficiently
  • responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse
  • collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices
  • receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy
