ARI DISTRIBUTION is looking for employees for positions:

delivery driver

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
  • load and unload products from the vehicle using manual or mechanical equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or dollies
  • follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
  • verify the accuracy of delivery orders and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery
  • adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
  • perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure
  • communicate with dispatchers or supervisors regarding any issues or delays during deliveries

Requirements

  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred
  • ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, is a plus
  • excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying delivery orders
  • good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
