- build and maintain strong working relationships with client group across all levels
- manage employee relationships, promptly responding to queries and managing expectations
- provide an advisory service to employees and managers ensuring they are fully aware of policy and process details

- provide support and coaching in respect of employee relations issues, escalating to the UK business partner team where appropriate

Requirements
- educated to degree level or equivalent
- progressing towards CIPD qualification would be advantage
- previous relevant experience working in a generalist HR advisor role
- experience of working within a fast-paced environment is essential
- previous experience of the insurance market and Lloyd's preferred but not necessary
- experience with HR Information Systems or applicant tracking platforms is preferred
- PRA Conduct Standards
