- organise diaries and schedule appointments for the MD
- meeting and greeting visitors in a professional, confident and personable manner
- answering and directing all internal and external calls in a professional and polite manner
- collating AL, expenses, and other admin relating to the roles that report into the MD
- collating and overseeing mileage, tax and MOTs for the company vehicles
- collating and preparing the MD’s monthly expenses for signature
Requirements
- degree in a business-related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a PA/Executive Assistant or Administrative Support role to Senior Management
- flexibility to travel on occasion and full driving license and access to own vehicle
- excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional telephone manner
- ability to prioritise work load and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- well presented, assertive, approachable with a flexible attitude to work
- strong understanding and commitment to confidentiality and integrity
- event management experience including organising travel, accommodation and event space for training, presentations and similar for a large amount of staff
