Responsibility

  • support the Sales Representatives to ensure Partner Agents have all the marketing materials and support required to promote our courses
  • process and maintain an accurate record of agent bookings and invoices
  • produce sales invoices and visa invitation letters and any other supporting documentation requested by the Sales Representative
  • maintain an up-to-date record of agents, agreements, visa letters and any other sales documentation requested by the Sales Team
  • check, chase and maintain all booking information
  • work closely with the Sales Team to ensure all bookings are kept up-to-date and any changes are communicated to colleagues
