Responsibility
providing general administrative support to the hire operations of the company, including answering the phone, creating reports as required, etc
coordinating the supply of all materials required, including processing orders, liaising with suppliers, and confirming delivery dates and times
assist with management of Company fuel cards including ordering, distribution, maintaining records and cancelling cards
adhere to all Health & Safety and GDPR regulations
other ad-hoc duties as required
arranging travel, rental vehicles and accommodation bookings as required Creating and updating Purchase Orders in the Company’s accounting software Review and approval of supplier invoices & delivery dockets
providing information to relevant departments, including A/P & A/R to enable accounts to process supplier invoices and sales invoices by deadline each month Meeting minute taking as required, while participating and contributing to contract meetings, weekly operator calls & company calls
Requirements
A minimum of two years office experience is required
A relevant Third level qualification is desirable but not essential
A full clean driving license is a plus but not essential
possess strong customer focus and excellent customer service skills
