Responsibility
- prepare and estimate budget costs for construction by studying drawings and specifications
- provide take offs from the building drawings
- evaluate offers to purchase by site requirements, additions, and costing changes during the design process
- resolve cost differences by analysing and collecting information
- write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- develop tenders for construction projects
- works closely with architects, suppliers and customers
- process paperwork and travel to building sites and suppliers as required
Education
- bachelor's

- strong maths skills
- ability to navigate specifications and plans
- proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
- ability to handle multiple assignments at once
- close attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
