Requirements

  • confident, self-motivated and driven by success
  • relevant sales experience in the UK door and window industry
  • experience in leading and motivating the area sales team with target driven results
  • proven track record in developing existing business accounts
  • ability to identify and lead negotiations for new business accounts
  • excellence in building and managing key customer account relationships
  • ability to lead and manage new sales projects with a focus on effective planning and communication
  • exceptional presentation skills
