Responsibility
- lead the team, work with the team as part of the team, not just a shirt in the office
- establish the company’s goals and objectives
- recruit and train new employees
- we are part of a larger group of companies with our head office being based in Norfolk, UK
- perform regular employee evaluations to determine areas of improvement
- design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals
- you will oversee and be managing all day-to-day operations to guarantee company efficiency
- develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses
Requirements
- degree would be nice, but not essential
- at least 2 years' experience in a management or leadership position
- experience of production engineering desirable, but not essential
- outstanding leadership abilities
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- working knowledge of business policies and regulations
- demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
