Responsibility

  • the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring progress
  • manage the construction process from start to finish
  • the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • this position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with Director and Managers
  • handling all incoming calls in an efficient manner, deal with incoming and outgoing mails and emails, schedule meetings, photocopying and filing, etc
  • researching products or suppliers/subcontractors as required for the project. Agreeing prices
  • dealing with clients’ queries and complaints
  • coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all specifications are met

Education

  • GCSE or higher
  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • administrative experience: 2 years
  • accounting: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
  • office Administration: 1 year
