Responsibility
the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring progress
manage the construction process from start to finish
the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
this position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with Director and Managers
handling all incoming calls in an efficient manner, deal with incoming and outgoing mails and emails, schedule meetings, photocopying and filing, etc
researching products or suppliers/subcontractors as required for the project. Agreeing prices
dealing with clients’ queries and complaints
coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all specifications are met
Education
GCSE or higher
bachelor's
Requirements
administrative experience: 2 years
accounting: 1 year
bookkeeping: 1 year
office Administration: 1 year
