Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in estimating construction projects from start to finish
  • experience in all phases of the project is preferred
  • research construction documents and analyse specifications
  • experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus
  • determine the total cost of materials, equipment, utilities, and labour for construction projects
  • prepare estimates for plan, organise, and schedule project work
  • managing pre-qualification and pre-bid submissions
  • ensure that relevant documents and budgets are submitted before a bid deadline
