  • supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc secretarial support, as required
  • in charge of the social media accounts and marketing
  • answering and directing telephone calls
  • general administrative duties
  • provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Requirements

  • excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • basic knowledge of towns/ areas in Hampshire
  • ability to use social media applications to their full potential
  • effective IT skills including MS Office and the aptitude to learn new technology
  • ability to self-motivate and work well under pressure
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to forward-think to ensure smooth business operations
