Responsibility
- establish and maintain a system of Contract management tools for the effective control, assessment, monitoring and reporting of the Contracts function
- ensure that all parties adhere to contractual obligations and implement processes for monitoring compliance
- to work in accordance with defined Company QHS&E Management Systems and ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and relevant statutory requirements
- to ensure Contractual management systems are created, maintained and operated in accordance with recognised good industry practice. This will include creation and maintenance of standard terms for clients and suppliers
- manage the compliance, legal, reputational and commercial risks associated with client engagement terms, client pitches and audits and amendments to the company's standard terms
- responding to general risk queries from the business
- ability to train and develop team members, where required
