- deal with variety of internal and external customer enquiries and related project lifecycle database management
- work on wider customer service initiative to include customer surveys, complaints logs, root cause analysis and fixing issues at source
- process customers supporting financial documentation and determining their eligibility for proposed works
- arrange surveys in line with predefined qualifying criteria
- identifying and advising customers of appropriate alternative funding options and / or services should they be available
- ensure adherence to data protection policies
