- we are currently Recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker, this is to work in a home for children and young people with EBD in the Oadby Area
- the home is ran by a fantastic organisation with a clear vision for the young people in their care, transparent plans for progression and professional development for all members of staff
- the young people in these homes have not chosen to be there, as a Children’s Residential Support worker you will be working with them to create a family environment, making their experience as positive as possible
