Responsibility
- the role will have the following responsibilities
- advancing and improving the company’s presence in the event management and catering market by implementing new showcasing methodologies
- responsible for undertaking business exercises in the allotted region and for expanding the
- provincial sales income and benefit through supervision and management of allocated employees
- reporting directly to the Director of the Company to determine strategies for business development and sales
- undertaking analysis and preparing strategies for marketing the products accordingly in the allotted region
- advising on executing costs increments and other changes to improve the presentation of catering materials
- creating and sustaining systems with clients and guiding the company to generate business leads
Requirements
- at least 4-6 years of experience in a similar industry
- A Masters’ Degree in Business Administration
- flexibility to travel
- attributes and experience for the ideal candidate to illustrate includes the following
- extensive track record of preferably 4 to 6 years in business advancement and experience in a similar industry
- having Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- at least 3-4 years of experience of building and supporting business customer connections
- demonstratable experience of acquiring connections for business development
