Responsibility
- conduct site surveys to assess drainage and water flow requirements
- repair, and maintain drainage systems including pipes, gutters, manholes, and underground systems. Patch and Lining repairs
- conduct CCTV drainage surveys and diagnose potential issues
- clear blockages, repair leaks, and perform preventative maintenance
- utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as jetting machines and excavation tools
- work with a variety of materials including plastic, concrete, and metal pipes
- operate tankers and pumps for drainage solutions and surface/foul water management
- adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance on all projects
Requirements
- proven experience as a Drainage Engineer or in a similar role
- proficiency in using drainage and plumbing tools and equipment
- experience in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications
- basic mathematical skills for site measurements and calculations
- familiarity with CCTV drain surveys and equipment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driving license with experience operating commercial vehicles
- relevant certifications are a plus
