Working hours

Responsibility

  • co-ordination and planning of the Company’s site-based personnel
  • supporting Project Managers for team selection for assigned projects
  • sourcing and vetting competent personnel and CV compilation
  • conducting Company inductions to new personnel
  • administer trade tests to ensure integrity maintained throughout the test
  • liaising with client’s logistics teams
  • mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel to/from site
  • personnel tracking and planning systems

Requirements

  • experience in personnel and logistics
  • PC literate
  • exceptional communication skills
  • ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines
  • willingness to be flexible to accommodate schedules out with office hours
  • work well in a team as well as under own initiative
  • human resources: 1 year
