Responsibility
- ● Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- ● Track and analyse marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance and ROI
- ● Manage our marketing budget, and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and provide a strong return on investment
- ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing
- ● Identify and target key audiences, and develop relevant messaging and content to engage and convert them
- ● Build out the marketing function and team from the ground up as the business grows
- ● Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and online advertising
- ● Develop and execute events and PR campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- ● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role
- ● Experience of developing and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and PR
- ● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate reports and communicate team members and stakeholders
- ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- ● Experience of Mailchimp & CRM integration is a plus
- ● Experience in health tech or related industry is a plus
