Responsibility
- answering and handling telephone phone calls
- customer after sales calls and telesales
- handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers, co-workers, and customers
- contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
- processing daily sales orders and invoices
- updating our database and customer records
- assisting the service department by maintaining service contracts
- this is a growing role; ad hoc tasks will be added as you grow with experience
Requirements
- preferably some experience working in sales or working in an office
- strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- thorough attention to detail
- confident telephone manner
- excellent customer skills
- able to type with general IT skills
- good written and verbal communication skills
