Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • planning workloads for field based service engineers against clients SLA
  • booking & confirming planned visits with clients via phone/email
  • liaise with engineers to book remedial jobs
  • monitoring/acknowledging/reschedule revisit works from the Engineers
  • updating internal job management system with relevant notes
  • updating external client portals with ETA
  • managing inbound service call requests via phone & email

Requirements

  • excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines
  • excellent telephone manner
  • be keen to work in an office environment and be a part of a small yet busy team
  • B2B Service with Hospitality/Leisure: 1 year
  • planning / Scheduling: 1 year
  • the ability to work on own as well as taking direction from others but most importantly to manage their time effectively
