Responsibility

  • you will be expected to attend and minute board calls, management meetings, presentations, and site visits

  • you will be expected to interface with banks/custodians to obtain and analyse portfolio return and risk data
  • analyse, summarise and present all information accurately
  • maintaining and updating monthly portfolio returns and risk summary
  • benchmark against original underwriting and ongoing targets and goals
  • support the wider team with business development and exit management
