Education
- diploma of Higher Education
- minimum of 3 years Electrical Maintenance experience gained in a manufacturing/facilities/chemical environment is essential
- indentured Electrical Apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent
- 17th/18th Edition Qualified
- experience in a regulated, GMP or ATEX environment would be advantageous
Responsibility
- execute Planned Preventative Maintenance to ensure that the building, plant, and equipment continues to support day to day operations
- maintain site services; AHU’s, extract fans/motors, water systems inclusive of pumps, calorifiers, boilers, pressurisation units, and vacuum systems
- maintain all electrical systems and perform fault finding where failures occur
- an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Engineering and Facilities Maintenance team
- as our electrical maintenance technician, you will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor
- undertake routine emergency light testing, external lighting checks and associated remedial works
- we are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our team in Abingdon
- we are looking for candidates that have gained their experience within a Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical utility, or Chemical industry we would like to hear from you
