Responsibility

  • in emergencies the postholder will be expected to provide hands - on care in the community
  • other responsibilities than those described above may be required to be undertaken from time to time, provided it is within the capability and level of the position
  • to manage complaints and concerns confidently and competently before escalating

Requirements

  • domiciliary care: 3 years
  • senior / team leader: 2 years
