Requirements
experience in delivering competency frameworks and associated career mapping, ideally SFIA ideally within tech focussed organisations
experience with senior level employee relations, pay bandings, commission structures and stakeholder management
ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, you should be comfortable changing track quickly based on business needs

Responsibility
ensuring that roles are designed so that employees are provided with clarity, sufficient autonomy, and learning and development
help managers embed, embrace and update the competency framework
work with managers to develop high performing teams who work together and support each other
work with leaders and managers to create an environment of continuous learning
ensure that our vision and purpose is understood and our values are embedded into our organisation
work with the Board and the management team to capture offers, contracts, changes of terms, any commission schemes or bonus plan and other documentation required, and work with the operations team to ensure the systems are updated and records kept up to date
work with the People team on company wide initiatives
ensure that feedback is provided to employees, that self-improvement is encouraged, that employees take ownership for their own learning and career path, that personal development plans are in place for all employees and that they receive assistance, advice, support and guidance where needed
