- to act safely, knowing the importance of cleaning to guidelines and storing equipment carefully
- to ensure the accomodation is cleaned within the allocated time frame, prior to opening to the public
- working as a Housekeeper/cleaning operative, undertaking a variety of cleaning responsibilities, for APPS LIVING, a popular student accommodation provider, with multiple sites within close proximity, based within the City Centre
- good communication and comprehension skills
- primary responsibilities will be to include a range of cleaning tasks such as but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, buffing, waste disposal and maintaining the cleanliness of communal/shared/lobby area's and individual rooms as well as other external/internal areas around the accomodation
- ensuring all issues recognised in and around the venue are reported to a member of management in timely manner
