approCare is seeking a Care Co-ordinator to join our busy fast paced office team based in Bluetown, Sheerness. Coordination experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
to maintain and update Client and Community Carer databases with relevant information
covering shifts when appropriate and to take part in the on call rota
to upload shifts/new referrals to People Planner rostering system and process/manage all Community Carer holidays request forms

Requirements
all candidates should have a minimum of 6 months care experience ideally as a Care Co-ordinator, Senior Carer or similar
all candidates must already have certification of OR be willing to undertake NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care
candidates MUST be a driver with their own vehicle
candidates MUST be willing and able to assist in covering care calls in cases of urgent need
ability to cope with a busy and demanding role, involving constant telephone contact with Community Care workers and Clients to arrange shifts and plan rotas
