- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- support work
- ability to work to a recovery approach with groups and individuals
- good Knowledge of CQC Outcomes and Regulations
- previous experience of working in mental health services
- proof of right to work within the UK
- experience of promoting independent living and social inclusion with individuals
- experience of working in a range of community locations with individuals
- experience of shift leading and supervising junior staff
