- AVE LTD is a high vacuum company specialising in all aspects of vacuum requirements from consumables through to bespoke systems
- we are looking for an experienced Accounts Office Manager to join our small team
- this is a brilliant opportunity, which would suit a professional, conscientious and adaptable individual who is looking for a rewarding challenge
- full responsibility for managing the day-to-day account’s functions ensuring Sage is accurate and up to date
- sales and purchase ledger responsibilities including raising sales invoices, checking and posting purchase invoices
- monitor company cashflow, plan and process payments and daily bank reconciliation
- credit control both written and verbal communication with customers
- VAT processing and submission
Requirements
- proficient in Sage and use in current role daily
- rationale thinker with a sound commercial awareness and an understanding for business
- people management skills
- previous experience of working in a small, busy office
- well organised with great attention to detail
- able to follow instructions and be confident making decisions
- A great communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
