- investigating and assessing compliance with OfS conditions of registration and intervening in the interest of students
- developing and implementing policy reforms to improve quality and standards and equality of opportunity
- maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory context around quality & standards and equality of opportunity
- demonstrate an understanding of regulatory decision-making processes which enable credible, evidence-based decisions to be reached
- to provide day to day oversight for the Colleges compliance and reporting obligations in close liaison with teams across the College, building, managing, and maintaining excellent and productive working relationships with key stakeholders
- to chair, attend as a member or provide secretarial support to relevant bodies, working groups and committees as appropriate
- to deliver training and briefings to students, colleagues and teams across the University in relation to relevant institutional compliance requirements, ensuring accurate information is available online and through a range of communication channels
- write complex strategic and operational details in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate grammar, style and language
