Responsibility
- oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- manage and coordinate site activities, including groundworks, underground drainage, structural steel installation, demolitions, and full building fit-outs
- ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, method statements, and risk assessments
- supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
- monitor progress, quality control, and address any issues that may arise
- liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates
- willingness to travel nationwide as required
Requirements
- proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, with expertise in the full construction cycle
- strong knowledge of groundworks, underground drainage, foundations, new builds, refurbishments, structural steel installation, demolitions, alterations, and fit-outs
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- strong understanding of health and safety regulations
- CSCS
- SMSTS and First Aid Certification
- full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
