  • we are a small family run local service supporting children and young people with additional needs and complex health requirements
  • we pride ourselves on delivering quality care to the young people we support by providing them with bespoke care packages with consistent well trained staff
  • staff well-being and development is a high priority for us. We have a range of support for our team including staff awards and bonus schemes, nurse trainers, well-being ambassadors and in-house bespoke training
  • we are looking for friendly, reliable and compassionate Health Care Support Workers to work days or waking nights with children and young adults with autism, additional needs and complex health care needs
