Responsibility
- raising and issuing reoccurring sale orders and invoices
- manage credit control
- allocating supplier invoices against purchase orders
- allocating customer payments received
- ensuring supplier payments are made on time
- dealing with accounts queries
- prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
- assist with budget preparation and forecasting
Requirements
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- strong proficiency in QuickBooks or Sage
- excellent organisational and time-management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with HR practices and procedures
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting role
- ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
- experience working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment is a plus
