- assistant Head Concierge required for a prestigious and global 5-Star Luxury Hotel based in Liverpool Street, City of London, excellent salary plus a range of benefits and career progression opportunities
- concierge required for an international 5-Star Luxury Hotel based in Liverpool Street, City of London, offering a good salary, excellent benefits package and opportunities to progress
- concierge is required for a brand-new exquisite 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the heart of London’s West End, Central London W1B, base salary £23,000 to £26,000 p/a plus service charge and an excellent benefits package
- as the Assistant Head Concierge, you will be a key ambassador of the Hotel and be responsible for overseeing a team of 3 Luggage Porters ensuring that a seamless first and lasting impression of the Hotel is delivered, ultimately crafting an exceptional guest experience
Requirements
- A Golden Keys Membership
- an extensive knowledge of Central London and the surrounding local area
- A strong knowledge of Central London and the surrounding local area
- solid knowledge of systems such as Opera PMS, Knowcross, Alice and OpenTable
- exceptional customer service skills
- previous work experience as an Assistant Head Concierge, Deputy Head Concierge or Senior Concierge at a minimum 4-Star or ideally 5-Star Luxury Hotel
- ideally we are seeking a Concierge with previous work experience as a Concierge, Doorperson or similar at a minimum 4-Star or ideally 5-Star Luxury Hotel
