Responsibility
continuosly review and update Marketing strategy for training, liaising with new providers to assess and meet training needs
create engaging marketing material and strategically schedule market rollouts to expand the reach of our training services
oversee the care and inspection of training equipment, coordinating with external maintenance companies to ensure equipment safety and effectiveness
undertake administrative responsibilities, managing efficient scheduling, meticulous record-keeping, professional correspondence, and proficient use of online booking systems
coordinate, and deliver comprehensive face-to-face training programs on a multitude of topics including Client Moving and Positioning, Medication Awareness, First Aid, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding, and more
foster an atmosphere of continuous learning and growth, driving care and service improvements through innovative strategies
ensure compliance with training standards and requirements, maintain accurate records for training moderation and continuously work towards enhancing the quality of the training provided
assist with the continuous reviewing of care plans and risk assessments, ensuring they are personalised, effective, and compliant with all relevant guidelines and standards
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Health and Social Care
valid driving license and access to a vehicle
previous experience in a training role is an asset but not essential
care: 2 years
