Responsibility

  • continuosly review and update Marketing strategy for training, liaising with new providers to assess and meet training needs
  • create engaging marketing material and strategically schedule market rollouts to expand the reach of our training services
  • oversee the care and inspection of training equipment, coordinating with external maintenance companies to ensure equipment safety and effectiveness
  • undertake administrative responsibilities, managing efficient scheduling, meticulous record-keeping, professional correspondence, and proficient use of online booking systems
  • coordinate, and deliver comprehensive face-to-face training programs on a multitude of topics including Client Moving and Positioning, Medication Awareness, First Aid, Basic Life Support, Safeguarding, and more
  • foster an atmosphere of continuous learning and growth, driving care and service improvements through innovative strategies
  • ensure compliance with training standards and requirements, maintain accurate records for training moderation and continuously work towards enhancing the quality of the training provided
  • assist with the continuous reviewing of care plans and risk assessments, ensuring they are personalised, effective, and compliant with all relevant guidelines and standards

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Health and Social Care
  • valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • previous experience in a training role is an asset but not essential
  • care: 2 years
